MIAMI LAKES, Fla. - The FBI is searching for a robber who targeted a Wells Fargo bank branch Thursday in Miami Lakes.

The robbery was reported at 1:12 p.m. at the Wells Fargo at 15615 NW 67th Ave.

FBI spokesman Jim Marshall said the robber entered the bank and demanded money from a teller.

He would not disclose whether any money was taken.

No injuries were reported.

The robber looks similar to a thief who targeted a Wells Fargo bank branch in Plantation Thursday morning, but the FBI has not yet linked the two bank robberies.

Anyone with information about the bank robbery is asked to call the FBI at 754-703-2000 or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
