LAKE WORTH, Fla. – A homeless man accused of killing another man with a sword said he felt sexually harassed and acted in self-defense, according to an arrest affidavit.
George Livingston, 51, faces a charge of second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of David T. Beckett.

Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office deputies said they found Beckett, 58, dead Saturday near the Tri-Rail tracks in Lake Worth. They said Beckett's body was covered in blood.
Deputies followed a trail of blood leading from the railroad tracks to a homeless camp in a nearby wooded area. They also found a blood-soaked sword along the way.
As deputies were checking each tent to see if anyone else was hurt, they heard a voice from one of the tents say, "He attacked me." When they opened the tent, they found Livingston with his hand wrapped in a bandage.
According to the report, during an interview with detectives, Livingston said "he felt he was sexually harassed and that the victim exposed himself to him several times when he urinated in front of him."
Deputies said Livingston refused to say how he hurt his hand, instead making a point to say that the victim had "raped and killed others."
"Why are you interrogating and harassing the aggressor when the assailant has threatened my life continually?" Livingston asked detectives, according to the report.
A woman who was living at the homeless camp told deputies that she saw Livingston return with a cut on his hand. She said Livingston asked for a bandage, and when she asked him how he cut himself, Livingston answered, "He tried to rape me."
When she asked him who, she said Livingston told her, "Don't worry. That person is probably going to die."
Detectives said Livingston denied having premeditated thoughts about killing Beckett.
Livingston was being held without bond at the main Palm Beach County jail.
