MARATHON, Fla. – A man who was getting gas at a Florida Keys convenience store pointed a gun at another man who honked at him to hurry up, according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.
The incident took place Monday night at a Circle K convenience store on the Overseas Highway in Marathon.

Jose Olivera, 36, was pumping gas about 8 p.m. when a driver waiting at the gas pumps honked the horn, sheriff's spokeswoman Becky Herrin said.
The man told deputies that Olivera was taking too long, so he honked the horn, but Olivera and a woman in the truck got out and started yelling at him.
During the confrontation, the man said, Olivera pointed a revolver at him. He said the couple then got back into the truck and left.
Sgt. James Hager later spotted the truck near Coconut Cay Resort and initiated a traffic stop. Hager said he saw a handgun in plain view.
The victim identified Olivera as the person who threatened him, but he insisted that the gun was a revolver.
Hager walked back along the path that the truck had taken when it left the Circle K and found a Ruger .38-caliber revolver on the ground. Olivera denied pointing a gun at the man, but he said he threw the revolver out of his truck because he was scared, Herrin said.
Olivera was arrested on felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and tampering with evidence. He also faces misdemeanor charges of improper exhibition of a firearm and use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol.
