Man accused of exposing himself to teen at Pembroke Pines high school

Girl told police they were kissing in stairwell when incident happened

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Police arrested a Pembroke Pines man Tuesday, accusing him of exposing himself to a teenage girl inside a stairwell at Charles W. Flanagan High School. 

Police said Carlos Caraballo and a teenage girl were kissing in the stairwell at the high school in May when Caraballo exposed himself and pushed the girl's hand on his genitals. The girl told police that she only wanted to kiss Caraballo and didn't want to go any further.

Caraballo was 19 years old and the girl was under 16 years old at the time of the incident, according to court records. 

Caraballo was released on Wednesday on $10,000 bond.
