Man gets away with $15,500 in Hard Rock Cafe robbery

Robbery reported May 10 in Miami

MIAMI – Miami police are searching for a man who was captured on surveillance video last month robbing a Hard Rock Cafe.

The armed robbery was reported just before 2 a.m. May 10 at the Hard Rock Cafe at 401 Biscayne Blvd.

Police said an employee said she was in the process of counting cash from the daily business transactions when a man, who was wearing a ski mask, entered the room and held her at gunpoint.

Police said he got away with $15,500.
