Saintmelus entered the store and began to grab snacks off the shelves, Carter said.

That's when Young pointed a gun at the clerk and threw a black bag at the clerk, Carter said.

Young then made his way to the back of the counter, where he moved the employee to the register and demanded that he put the money in the bag while holding the gun against the clerk's body, Carter said.

Ā As Young made his escape, he forced the clerk to the ground.

Young wore a black hoodie with a red Spider-Man logo on the back and a Spider-Man image on the front, Carter said. Saintmelus didn't wear any superhero gear, instead he wore a dark hoodie, dark pants and athletic shoes.

This is Young's fourth arrest since May 2016. He is facing 14 charges, including six counts of robbery with a weapon and six counts of wearing a mask while committing a crime, Carter said.

Saintmelus has three prior arrests in Broward County since June 2011. He is facing 12 charges, including six counts of robbery with a weapon, Carter said.Ā
