MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting Monday night, Miami-Dade police said.
The victim, identified Tuesday as Alvin Parker, 22, was traveling eastbound on Northwest 46th Street in a dark gray Lincoln MKZ when his car was struck several times by bullets from another vehicle, police said.
The victim then lost control and hit a home in the 1900 block of Northwest 46th Street.
The shooter drove away after the incident took place, police said.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue pronounced Parker dead at the scene of the crash.
No one inside the home was injured.
