Miami Beach man records up woman's dress, police say

Police: 'I do this every Sunday," Andres Juardo tells officers

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A Miami Beach man followed a woman Monday and recorded up her dress with his cellphone, authorities said.

The incident was reported about 12:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Jefferson Avenue.

According to an arrest report, the victim was walking along Third Street when she felt someone bump into her backpack.

She told police that she continued walking, but noticed that a man was following behind her.

She abruptly stopped and turned around as she approached the corner of Third Street and Jefferson Avenue and the man, identified as Andres Marcelo Jurado, 29, bumped into her again and touched her buttocks while his hand was under her dress, the report said.

Police said the woman looked down and saw that he had a cellphone in his hand and it was recording.

Jurado was found by officers a short time later and was arrested on a video voyeurism charge.

Authorities said Juardo told them, "I do this every Sunday," as he was taken into custody.
