According to a Boynton Beach police report, an anonymous source told police that Coleman, who goes by the street name "Boogie," would be at Jaycee Park with a large amount of drugs.

Officers staked out the park and watched as Coleman, driving a 2012 Ford Edge with dark-tinted windows, pulled into the parking lot, police said.

When officers moved in and ordered Coleman out of the SUV, Coleman refused, so police broke a window in an attempt to unlock the doors, police said.

Eric Griffin, 29, of Delray Beach, a woman whose name was redacted in the report and three children, ages 1, 2 and 5, were also in the SUV, police said.

Officers found 70 bags of heroin, marijuana and cocaine in the vehicle, as well as $4,251 in cash in Coleman's pocket, police said.

Eric Griffin was arrested but denied being a drug dealer, claiming only to be a heroin user.

Coleman confessed that he drove to the park to sell drugs to someone, while Griffin claimed that he only uses heroin and doesn't sell drugs, police said.

After both men were locked up at the Boynton Beach Police Department, Coleman and Griffin were talking to each other from under their cell doors, police said.

"I should have punched it and (sic) ran, but they were on us too fast," Coleman told Griffin, police said.
