MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. - One woman was killed and four others were injured early Sunday in a shooting at the Golden Glades Park and Ride, Miami-Dade police said.

The victims, ages 17 to 23, were being dropped off at the park and ride when an unknown shooter or shooters opened fire, Detective Alvaro Zabaleta said in a news release.

Zabaleta said the shooters were in a white or sliver vehicle, believed to be a 2010 to 2014 Hyundai Sonata, with damage to right front and passenger side.

One victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Police identified her as Jasmine Dixon, 21. Authorities said she was struck by a vehicle while running away after hearing the gunshots.

Her father told Local 10 News that his daughter left with a friend Saturday night to go to a birthday party, took an Uber to the park and ride lot and, a few hours later, received a call that she was dead.

"We just heard gunshots, like, and it was coming from all directions," witness Runika Jeangilles said.

The other victims were identified as Quanisha Hepburn, 18, who was shot in the upper and lower parts of her body. She is listed in stable condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Kandisha Rodgers, 23, was possibly struck by a vehicle. She had lacerations to her right cheek and abrasions to both knees. She is listed in stable condition at Jackson North Medical Center.
