Broward sheriff's deputies said a witness saw Duryea at the victim's front door during the time of the burglary and identified her in a photo lineup.

Authorities said Duryea pawned her ex-aunt's necklace for $220 at Gold Pawn City in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday. She is accused of pawning the victim's ring on Monday for $200 at Value Pawn & Jewelry in Wilton Manors.

Deputies said the victim saw a photo of Duryea on Facebook that showed the woman wearing the victim's stolen rings at her boyfriend's apartment.

Authorities said Duryea's boyfriend allowed them to search his apartment and even told deputies that his girlfriend hides stolen property in the water heater rooms of the apartment building.

Deputies found the two stolen Dell laptops in the water heater room on the 12th floor of the building, the report said.

Authorities said they also found stolen jewelry and a pawn shop receipt inside the apartment.

Duryea was arrested on charges of burglary, grand theft, fraud for giving false ownership information to a pawn shop and dealing in stolen property.
