PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Three dead rodents were found in Belkuhy's Place Cafeteria in Opa-locka last week.
Records show that an inspector also found 200 rodent droppings in the restaurant.
La Fontana Pizzeria in Coral Springs was shut for six days.
Records show inspectors went back several times to reinspect, but roach issues continued.
La Fontana was finally allowed to reopen on April 13.
Meanwhile, raw sewage issues forced the closure of Carrabba's Italian Grill in Miami Beach.
Inspectors were at the TGI Friday's in Pembroke Pines based on a complaint.
Roaches were found in several places throughout the kitchen.
Below is list of places and some of their violations.
All the places mentioned were allowed to reopen following an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.

Friday's released a statement: "We are working closely with our pest control vendor to actively and quickly address any issues at hand and prevent future problems. As such, the health department has done a re-inspection and provided approval to reopen the restaurant, confirming we have met their standards of operation and gone above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of our guests."
