Carroll said an employee told authorities that she heard the smoke alarm ringing and discovered the fire on the second-floor lounge.

The woman attempted to extinguish the flames with two fire extinguishers, but the fire grew out of control, Carroll said.

Carroll said firefighters extinguished the fire in about 20 minutes.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Carroll said adjacent businesses were not affected by the fire.
