STOCK ISLAND, Fla. – A man was arrested and accused of stealing a donation jar from an animal hospital in the Florida Keys.
Lynn Thomas, 48, was arrested on Wednesday.

Monroe County Sheriff's deputies said Thomas broke in through a window at the Stock Island Animal Shelter in April, and stole the donation jar containing 50 bucks.
Detectives took blood samples from the broken window and said the evidence matched Thomas' DNA.
Thomas is charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
