Cops: Man swiped purse in Plantation restaurant

PLANTATION, Fla. – Police are searching for a man who swiped a purse at a local restaurant.

Plantation Police want you to take a close look at the man in the above surveillance picture.

They say he reached behind the hostess stand at Padrino's restaurant on South University Dr. on June 6 and grabbed a worker's purse.

Detectives said he then ran out of the restaurant and drove away in a gray car, possibly a Pontiac.
