Cops: Officers bust three thieves in the act

Suspects were stopped at a local Best Buy store

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. - Three suspected thieves were stopped while trying to rip off a Best Buy store.

Boynton Beach said the trio was busted at the Best Buy on North Congress Ave. on Tuesday.

Police said they were caught with $10,000 worth of merchandise.

During the investigation, police said it was revealed the suspects were responsible for several other thefts at Best Buy stores in South Florida.

Samuel Williams, Shada Parker and Antaneile Lovett were booked into the Palm Beach County Jail.

Williams, 50, and Lovett, 30, were charged with retail theft over multiple locations and given $60,000 bond.

Parker, 21, was charged with retail theft and given $10,000 bond.

All of the merchandise was returned to the store.
