MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Former Miami Dolphin Dan Marino is welcoming the public to walk with him in an effort to raise funds for autism services.
The fourth annual Dan Marino Foundation WalkAbout Autism & Expo is taking place Saturday at Sun Life Stadium. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., participants will walk around the stadium and enjoy activities ranging from face painting to bounce houses and games.
Proceeds benefit the Dan Marino Foundation, which provides assistance to autism programs throughout South Florida. Participating teams will also receive 25 percent of the money raised.
