HIALEAH, Fla. – Hialeah police are searching for a man who stole a Christmas gift from a woman in Hialeah.
Surveillance video shows a man taking a box from the doorstep of a home Friday afternoon in the 600 block of West 53rd Terrace. The box had a Christmas gift for a woman who lives at the home.
An alert neighbor noticed the man and called the residents.
Police are asking the public to beware of thieves searching for unattended packages that will be delivered during the holiday season in South Florida.
