CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Coral Springs police charged a 30-year-old man in connection with an armed robbery at a TJ Maxx store in March.

Police charged Ranier Cox, of Boynton Beach, with armed robbery, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and aggravated assault while committing a felony.

According to police, on March 23 at 1200 University Drive, Cox forced the manager and security guard to open the safe at gunpoint. He stole the cash, then made the two employees walk in front of him to leave the store.
