LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who robbed a Lauderdale Lakes Metro PCS store July 8.
Deputies said the man walked into the store just before noon and began looking at cellphones like a regular customer. But then he cut the wires attached to an S4 and S5 cellphone at the Samsung Galaxy display and took the phones.
An employee grabbed his shirt and asked him to give the phones back, but deputies said he charged toward her until she let him go.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. A $3,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to an arrest.
