HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – The St. Baldrick's Foundation held a head-shaving fundraiser Saturday at Mickey Byrne's Irish Pub.
The goal was to raise $30,000 for childhood cancer research at the September 21st event. Nearly 70 people have registered to shave their heads.
Local 10 meteorologist Julie Durda and anchor/reporter Todd Tongen emceed the event.
