MIAMI – At just 18 years old, Christian Hernandez is facing charges that have him shaking his head and facing serious jail time.
Police say the crimes involve sex acts with minors that were filmed on a cellphone camera with the intent to distribute for the world to see -- all before he graduates high school.

Police say Hernandez wasn't acting alone. Bryan Yanes was charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child, and 19-year-old Bianca Byndloss is also accused of engaging in sexual acts with the minors, filming the acts on cellphone video.
The victims include three girls, ages 12, 13 and 14.
Hernandez is charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and possessing and promoting sexual performance by a child. His bond has been set at $47,500.
