4 children and 1 adult injured in Opa-locka crash

OPA-LOCKA, Fla. ā€“ Four children and an adult were injured in a crash Monday afternoon in Opa-locka, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue confirmed.

Sky 10 was over the scene at 135th Street and NW 19th Avenue where a semi-trailer truck could be seen, as well as a blue sedan that had significant damage.

Two of the children had just minor injuries but the adult and two other children were taken to Ryder Trauma Center, authorities said.

The ages of the children have not been released.

Traffic was being diverted from 135th Street.
