MIAMI – The $5,000,000 Luck scratch-off game from the Florida Lottery sure lived up to its name for one Miami man.

Clifford Marzouka, 37, scratched his way to the $5 million top prize in that game, lottery officials announced Monday.

He decided to take his winnings in a lump-sum payment of $3.815 million.

Marzouka bought the $20 ticket from the Publix at 13401 South Dixie Highway in Pinecrest, Florida Lottery says. The store gets a $10,000 bonus commission.

The $5,000,000 Luck game debuted in September 2019 and offers the chance at six of those top prizes.
