MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 24-year-old man from Springfield, New Jersey, was arrested Monday on a sexual battery charge after he was accused of attacking a housekeeper at a hotel in northwest Miami-Dade.

The incident was reported Monday morning at the Hilton Garden Inn at 3550 NW 74th St.

According to the suspect’s arrest report, the victim was cleaning a room when Chimeziem Oguh appeared in the doorway.

The victim told police that she asked Oguh if he needed something, and he responded, “I need you.”

According to his arrest report, Oguh then pushed the victim onto the bed facedown and demanded that she take off her clothes.

Miami-Dade police said the victim struggled with Oguh and he placed his hand over her mouth to prevent her from screaming.

The two fell to the floor and the victim bit Oguh on the left hand.

Oguh then punched her in the abdomen and fled the scene, authorities said.
