Police said Solis-Martinez waved at the victim to get her attention and then turned on his car’s interior light and pointed down at his exposed and erect penis.

According to the arrest report, Solis-Martinez masturbated while smiling and winking at the victim.

Police said the victim continued driving, switching lanes trying to get away from Solis-Martinez, but he continued to follow her.

Authorities said he followed her onto the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 and even sped up to overtake a semi-truck in order to continue following the victim’s vehicle.

According to the report, Solis-Martinez followed the victim for about 3.4 miles and once again pulled up to the victim’s car at the intersection of Miami Lakes Drive and Northwest 77th Avenue.

The victim told police that he turned on his interior car light again, but she looked away in fear that he was going to expose himself again to her.

Police said Solis-Martinez eventually passed the victim and she was able to see his license plate number.

The victim also identified the suspect in a photo lineup and also identified his car as the one that had been following her.

Police said Solis-Martinez was taken into custody Thursday by a Miami-Dade police detective and was brought to the Hialeah Police Department, where he admitted to exposing himself to the victim.

Solis-Martinez was arrested on charges of aggravated stalking and indecent exposure.
