OAKLAND PARK, Fla. – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a train Monday morning in Oakland Park.
The incident occurred shortly after 6 a.m. near the FEC Railroad and South Commercial Boulevard.
Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the area and found the victim dead at the scene.
BSO Homicide Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
No other details were immediately released.
