Opa-locka cop raped friend in Krispy Kreme parking lot, police say

Officer Alaindy LouisXVI charged with sexual battery, suspended without pay

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – An Opa-locka police officer is accused of sexually assaulting a woman who described him as her “best friend,” forcing her to have sex with him in the parking lot of a Miami-Dade donut shop while she was too drunk to consent, according to an arrest warrant.

Officer Alaindy LouisXVI, 24, has been charged with sexual battery. Opa-locka police Chief Scott Israel confirmed he is suspended without pay, but declined to comment further.

The victim told police that on July 9, she and LouisXVI attended two Miami-Dade parties and went to Tootsie’s strip club in Miami Gardens, the warrant states. She described him as her “best friend” and said they knew each other for six years, having gone to the same high school.

She told detectives that in between the first and second parties, she became “faded”, or heavily intoxicated, after drinking a half of a bottle of wine, according to the report. She then told police that she “blacked out” after the second party.

The warrant states that the victim told police that she looked through her phone the next morning, and discovered a photograph of her with her “passed out with her shirt unbutton(ed)” and a video that showed her “intoxicated and vomiting.”

She called LouisXVI after the discovery, according to police, who told her she was “behaving belligerently” at the second party and the two left, later driving to Sunny Isles Beach and Tootsie’s.

“While at the beach, (LouisXVI) used the victim’s locked cellular telephone to photograph and video record her, so she could see how intoxicated she was,” a Miami-Dade police detective states in the report.

The detective wrote that the victim said she learned that as LouisXVI drove her from Sunny Isles Beach to her home, she unknowingly placed her hand on his thigh. LouisXVI then fondled her breast and the victim smiled at him, police said.

At that point, LouisXVI parked at the Krispy Kreme Doughnuts at 530 NE 167th St. in northeast Miami-Dade, police said. According to the arrest warrant, LouisXVI told the woman they had “sex” and she said she vaguely remembered him forcing intercourse on her.

She told detectives that LouisXVI texted her an apology days later, officers wrote.

After Miami-Dade detectives interviewed the victim on July 25, they had her participate in a secretly-recorded phone call, police said. During that call, LouisXVI admitted to forcing the woman to have sex with him while she was drunk, the report says.

“(LouisXVI) admitted to taking advantage of the victim and stated that if the victim was not intoxicated, he knew she would never consent to having sexual intercourse with him,” police wrote in the report.

Neighbors at LouisXVI’s listed address say they sometimes see a marked Opa-locka police cruiser in the driveway.

One Opa-locka police officer told Local 10 News that colleagues were aware of LouisXVI’s arrest, describing him as a “nice kid.”

LouisXVI was freed on a $20,000 bond. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim.
