Pembroke Pines police seek suspect accused of exposing himself to mother, child

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – Police in Pembroke Pines are looking for a teenager they accuse of exposing himself to a mother and child walking down a residential street.

According to police, the incident happened at around 5 p.m. on July 28 near the intersection of Southwest 68th Avenue and Southwest Sixth Street.

As the woman walked along the roadway with her son in a stroller, the teenager closely followed them for several blocks and then exposed himself, police said.

“When the suspect eventually passed the victims, he turned around, exposed his penis, and masturbated in full view of both victims,” police spokesperson Amanda Conwell said.

The woman began walking in the opposite direction and contacted her husband, but not before snapping a picture of the suspect, Conwell said.

Police said the suspect is in his mid-teens, with black hair in an afro style and brown eyes, 5-foot-7 in height and weighing 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black sweatpants, and black Crocs.

Anyone with information is asked to call PPPD’s Special Victims Unit at 954-431-2225.
