KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. – The U.S. Border Patrol has apprehended 26 Cuban migrants who they said came ashore Thursday morning in Key Biscayne.

The 24 men and two women arrived at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park around 3 a.m., authorities said.

Sky 10 was above the scene around 6:45 a.m. as a couple of beachgoers looked at the empty rustic boat.
