Pompano Beach woman with dementia missing for nearly a month

BSO: Dorothy Trunnell may refer to herself as ‘Suzanne’

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is searching for a 69-year-old woman who has been missing for nearly a month.

According to authorities, Dorothy Trunnell, of Pompano Beach, was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Feb. 14 near the 200 block of West Sample Road.

Trunnell was last seen wearing black pants and a red sweater.

According to investigators, Trunnell has dementia and may refer to herself as “Suzanne.”

She is about 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs around 200 pounds. She has brown hair and blue eyes.
