Man faces sexual cyber harassment charge in Broward

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 43-year-old man appeared in court on Monday in Broward County after police officers accused him of sexually harassing a woman.

Police officers arrested Kevin Cloyd on Sunday near the intersection of West Sunrise Boulevard and North Nob Hill Road in Plantation, according to the police report.

“I own all the pictures I have taken of you,” Cloyd wrote to the victim in a text message on Saturday, according to police.

The victim, detectives, and prosecutors disagreed.

Detectives believe Cloyd had already posted a public nude photo of the victim on March 7 on Facebook, according to the arrest report.

Cloyd is facing a charge of sexual cyber harassment. Records show deputies were holding him at the Broward County main jail on Monday afternoon. A judge set his bond at $10,000.
