Police officers investigate report of shooting at house in North Miami Beach

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A police officer stood near the front entrance of a house with his gun drawn on Friday afternoon in North Miami Beach, while another officer stood behind a police SUV and held up a rifle.

A Miami-Dade Fire Rescue truck was parked nearby, as police officers surrounded a corner three-bedroom house at 16090 NE 15 Ave.

There were police officers who wore uniforms with both the North Miami Beach and the Miami-Dade police departments. A patrol car with MDPD was parked across the house.

Detectives were asking anyone with information about the case to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
