CUTLER BAY, Fla. – A tip that a Cutler Bay spa called New Asian Massage offered illegal services extending beyond mere rubdowns led to one arrest in an undercover sting Thursday, according to Miami-Dade police.

The parlor, located at 19770 S. Dixie Highway, hosted prostitution activity, according to police.

That led Miami-Dade police to send an undercover detective inside for a regular, $50 massage.

According to an arrest report, that’s where he encountered 59-year-old Dairong Liang.

About 10 minutes into the rubdown, Liang began to lower the detective’s underwear and told him to “turn over,” the report states.

Then, she began to “massage” the detective’s genitals, police said.

“Is that extra?” he asked, according to the report.

Liang told him it would cost $50 more, police said, leading him to issue a “takedown” signal for other detectives to come in and arrest Liang.

“A representative from the Florida Department of Health responded to the scene and determined that Ms. Liang does not have a valid healthcare license to provide massage services,” the report states.

Authorities arrested Liang, a Chinese national, on a felony charge of practicing health care without a license and misdemeanor charges of practicing massage without a license and prostitution.

She was being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $3,150 bond as of Friday afternoon.

State business records list a person by the name of Ziyun Liang as the registered agent for a business called New Asian Massage, based on Southwest 117th Avenue; it’s unclear if there’s a relation with the Cutler Bay business or to Dairong Liang.
