HOLLYWOOD, Fla. – Officers responded to a home in Fort Lauderdale due to a wanted subject inside.
It happened along the 500 block of Isle of Capri Drive at around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Fort Lauderdale police said they responded to the home at the request of the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
SWAT officers could be seen outside the home as they negotiated with the subject to come out.
Eventually, that man was taken into custody by police.
Officers have not said who the subject is or why he was wanted by police, other than that he was connected to an ongoing case.
