HIALEAH GARDENS, Fla. — One person was airlifted to a hospital Tuesday following a car fire in Hialeah Gardens, first responders confirmed.
Sky 10 was above the scene on North Krome Avenue and West Okeechobee Road at 12:15 p.m. as the vehicle was scorched on the side of the roadway.
The road was shut down to traffic.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials confirmed that one person was airlifted to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.
No other details were immediately released.
