MIAMI — This weekend, the Miami Film Festival will draw to a close.

Friday night, the festival recognized an actor whose career has really been one of so many layers: Adam Scott.

The festival presented him with its prestigious Vanguard Award.

Recipients of the award are those who have championed cinema through bold storytelling.
