NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Multiple people were injured Saturday morning in a house fire in North Lauderdale, including a 6-year-old and an adult who are both in critical condition, first responders confirmed to Local 10 News.

The fire was reported at a single-story home in the 8000 block of Southwest Eighth Court.

According to North Lauderdale Fire Rescue officials, there were six people evaluated by paramedics.

Officials said one adult and the 6-year-old child were transported to Broward Health North in critical condition.

No other details about the fire were immediately released.
