Deputies search for 12-year-old girl who vanished in North Lauderdale

NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies asked the public for help with finding a 12-year-old girl who vanished on Sunday morning in North Lauderdale.

Kimora McMinns was last seen at about 7 a.m. at the 6800 block of Southwest 17th Street, according to BSO deputies.

Kimora, who is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, and was wearing black shorts, a black shirt, pink sandals, and a black and purple bonnet, according to deputies.

Deputies asked anyone with information about Malaysia’s whereabouts to call Detective Chris Blankenship at 954-321-4268.
