KEY WEST, Fla. — An officer with the Key West Police Department is facing DUI charges after being arrested early Sunday morning.

According to KWPD, Officer Dustin Christina was off duty when authorities responded to the area of Peary Court around 5:10 a.m. after receiving complaints and found him sitting in the driver’s seat of a parked car.

Officials said a supervising officer investigated and determined there was probable cause to arrest Christina for DUI.

He was taken to the Monroe County Detention Center without incident, authorities said.

No other details were immediately released.
