MIAMI — As tributes continue around the world honoring the life and legacy of Dolly Parton, performers in Wynwood are paying tribute to the country music icon in their own way.
The queens of R House Wynwood are honoring Parton with tribute performances inspired by some of her most iconic music and looks.
Show host London Adour took to the stage dressed in one of Parton’s signature looks.
Parton died Tuesday at age 80 following a brief battle with cancer.
Adour told Local 10 News that Parton was not only a performer who inspired her, but someone who showed love and grace to the LGBTQ+ community.
Adour says the tribute performances are R House’s way of saying thank you to the beloved entertainer and cultural icon.
