FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. ā A thief wearing a hat and bandanna to conceal his identity robbed a United Bank branch Tuesday morning in Fort Lauderdale.
The robbery was reported just before 9:30 a.m. at the United Bank at 1730 E. Sunrise Blvd.

FBI spokesman Jim Marshall said the robber pulled out a gun during the incident and demanded money from a teller.
An undisclosed amount of cash was taken.
No injuries were reported.
