MIAMI - A baby giraffe made his first appearance at Zoo Miami on Wednesday.
Zoo Miami Communications and Media Relations Director Ron Magill passed on pictures of the baby giraffe named Titan.
Titan was born on June 28 and had been in a private area with his mom Kita for several days so they could bond.
On Wednesday, Titan and Kita roamed for the first time in a wide open exhibit.
At birth, Titan was six feet tall and weighed about 130 pounds.
Titan is the 46th giraffe to be born at Zoo Miami.
