MARGATE, Fla. – A Broward County man is facing several charges after allegedly threatening and attacking police officers with a ski pole.

Police said it all started when Dalton Lindo, 49, attacked a woman with the pole while riding a bicycle in Margate.
When officers got to the scene Sunday, police said, Lindo began to threaten them and tried to stab them with the pole.
Lindo faces charges of aggravated battery and assault on a law enforcement officer. He is being held at the Broward County main jail.
No one was seriously hurt.
