WESTON, Fla. - The Broward Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who has flooded a Weston church and a restaurant, and no one knows why.

Surveillance cameras were rolling when the man tried to flood the First Baptist Church at Weston, at 1420 Indian Trace, and the Weston East City Grill, at 1800 Bell Tower Lane.

BSO said in the three incidents, the man turned on water valves, put a hose in an air vent, turned on sprinklers and kicked PVC pipes in order to flood the buildings.

The man flooded the church on Jan. 26 and May 26 and flooded the restaurant in September 2011.

Both of the buildings had flood damage.

The man wore loafers, socks and Bermuda shorts and rode a bicycle, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS (8477).
