North Miami approves new amenities for residential complex

NORTH MIAMI, Fla. - The City of North Miami approved the design plans for a new amenities package at One Fifty One at Biscayne on Friday.

The construction of a tennis court, a clubroom, a guardhouse and a fitness center with locker rooms will cost approximately $4 million.

One Fifty One at Biscayne, the two unique residential towers, are located just off Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 151st street.

"Our goal is to make One Fifty One at Biscayne an attractive option for buyers who want to purchase a completed product," said Anthony Burns, principal of the DevStar Group, who is managing sales and marketing.

"One Fifty One offers a desirable location and spacious units at an affordable price point. With the amenities plan now approved, this project will be an incredible place for residents who truly want to enjoy the South Florida lifestyle," Burns added.

The unit offers two and three-bedroom residences with open designs and balconies. Prices start at $240,000.
