PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. - A Pembroke Pines woman who was reported missing by her family Tuesday morning was found with a man in Brunswick, Georgia, police said.

Police said Damaris Rodriguez, 43, was last seen shortly after 10 p.m. Monday at the Publix in the Shops of Silver Lakes on Pines Boulevard. Police said Rodriguez was last seen on the store's surveillance leaving the building toward the parking lot.

When police arrived, they found her car locked with the groceries inside.

Pembroke Pines police spokesman Darryl Curtiss said Rodriguez was found Tuesday afternoon with Luis Eduardo Carvajal, who is a long-time friend of Rodriguez and her husband.

Police said Rodriguez is with Carvajal at her own free will and both families have been notified. Carvajal is also married.

Both families have requested privacy.
