PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – State inspectors had their hands full last week in Broward County, ordering five restaurants shut, including one that had 100 live roaches present in the kitchen.
Among the restaurants ordered shut were the Offerdahl's Café Grill in Lighthouse Point. The inspector noted a roach infestation.

Kiko Japanese & Thai Restaurant, in The Fountains shopping mall in Plantation, was also ordered shut after 28 violations were found.
Inspectors were at two of the locations based on a complaint.

All the places listed were allowed to re-open after an ordered clean up and re-inspection.
