Inspector finds rodent dropping in pasta at South Florida restaurant

Inspectors visit Notre Dame Restaurant 18 times in 2016

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – It's one of the worst inspections South Florida has seen this year. Notre Dame Restaurant was ordered shut for the fourth time since 2014.

In fact, inspectors have been to the Pompano Beach restaurant 18 times this year.

Among the violations were a dead rodent and rodent droppings in the pasta and in a pasta box.

Romano's Macaroni Grill in Kendall, Ivan's Cookhouse in North Miami Beach and several other places were also ordered shut.

Below is a list of places and some of their violations. All the places mentioned were allowed to re-open following an ordered clean up and re-inspection.
