Reward offered in letter carrier robbery

HOMESTEAD, Fla. - The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect who robbed a letter carrier.

The robbery happened at approximately 2:30 p.m. on December 10, 2013, at NE 10th Street & NE 2nd Avenue.

The suspect is described as approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black short sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers and a blue baseball hat.

He fled on foot.
